Kevin Prufer is the author of seven books of poetry and the editor of numerous anthologies, the most recent of which is How He Loved Them (Four Way Books, 2018). Prufer is also Editor-at-Large of Pleiades: Literature in Context, Co-Curator of the Unsung Masters Series, and Professor in the Creative Writing Program at the University of Houston and the low-residency MFA at Lesley University. Among Prufer’s awards and honors are four Pushcart prizes and multiple Best American Poetry selections, numerous awards from the Poetry Society of America, the Prairie Schooner/Strousse Award, two William Rockhill Nelson awards, and fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Lannan Foundation.
Megan Snyder-Camp is the author of The Gunnywolf (Bear Star Press, 2016, winner of the Dorothy Brunsman Award), Wintering (Tupelo Press, 2016, a finalist for the Washington State Book Award) and The Forest of Sure Things (Tupelo Press, 2010, winner of the Crazyhorse First Book Award). She is the recipient of grants and fellowships from the 4Culture Foundation, Bread Loaf Writers Conference, Djerassi, and the HJ Andrews Experimental Forest. Her poems have appeared in Field, The Southern Review, the Sewanee Review, the Antioch Review, and elsewhere.
