JAMES GRABILL & WILLIAM WITHERUP
Mr. Grabill's new book, An Indigo Scent After the Rain, is fresh this month from Lynx House Press. His marvelously fluid work finds the mystical in the natural world of the Northwest, often with delightful humor at the core. Mr. Witherup's latest is Down Wind, Down River: New and Selected Poems. He is a down-winder, having lived down-wind from the Hanford nuclear power plant. Permeated with a political and social consciousness, Mr. Witherup's poetry ranges from love to anger, satire to sadness.
